Discovery
The turnover problem came out of scheduling cleaners for short-term rentals week after week.

Two sides of a marketplace: hosts posting work, cleaners bidding on it, each needing a different view of the same job.

Python service on Railway, with Stripe Connect holding payment until the job is done.
